Nissan Malaysia opens new 3S flagship store in Petaling Jaya

KUALA LUMPUR: The official distributor of Nissan cars in Malaysia, Edaran Tan Chong Motor, has opened its first-ever flagship store in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. The new outlet underpins the latest Nissan Retail Concept (NRC-NEXT) and is ready to serve as the brand’s automotive retail and after-sales beacon in Malaysia.

The new Nissan Flagship 3S Store was officiated by Makoto Uchida, the President and CEO of Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. Also present at the launching ceremony were directors and top executives of both NML and Edaran Tan Chong Motor.

Key highlights of the new Nissan Flagship Store

• Built with an investment of RM 4 million, the outlet blends timeless Japanese luxury with a modern and functional design to welcome and serve valued customers and Nissan owners
• It has been carefully designed with a selected colour palette, premium appointments, a contemporary layout, and plush furnishings

• The store spans an area of 43,000 sq ft, housing a display space of up to eight Nissan cars, two vehicle delivery bays, three EV chargers, a spacious customer reception, high-speed internet connectivity, private discussion areas, and a kids' room

• For those who are seeking after-sales services, a Service Concierge is available at the entrance of the Service Centre, complemented by a newly furnished reception area

• The Service Centre includes 25 general service bays with hoists, dedicated bays for air-conditioning and wheel alignment service, and individual rooms for EV repairs and extensive remedial work
• The experienced 25-member after-sales team can service up to 100 vehicles daily, and each technician is Nissan-certified, using only Nissan Genuine Parts for peace of mind
