Nissan Malaysia dealership network adds a new 3S Centre

KUALA LUMPUR: The sole distributor of Nissan cars in Malaysia, Edaran Tan Chong Motor (ETCM) constantly works towards enhancing the customer experience. And doing so, the distributor has now added a new 3S centre under its belt.

In a recent announcement, ETCM confirmed that one of Nissan’s small sales outlets in Rawang, Selangor has been converted into a mini 3S Centre. It will now offer better and more services to the customers under one roof.

What is a 3S Centre? Such outlets are built to include sales, service, and spare parts. Their aim is to offer an improved customer service experience. Thus making them a one-stop shop for everything car related.

Also, the new 3S Centre will have the brand’s ‘Star Car’ on display; with the new Nissan Serena S-HYBRID being the current star model.

In the future, ETCM will be opening more dealerships at the following locations - Sibu, Kluang, and Taiping.
