Nissan introduces Flood Relief Assistance programme for impacted customers
KUALA LUMPUR: In the light of the recent flash floods in Malaysia several automakers have come forward with assistance programmes to help their respective customers. Now joining the troop is Nissan with its Flood Relief Assistance campaign.

The automaker will be using Nissan Genuine Parts that will come with a six-month or 10,000 km mileage warranty.Tan Chong Ekspres Auto Servis (TCEAS) along with Edaran Tan Chong Motor (ETCM) has announced a relief programme for its flood impacted customers.
Under the relief programme, Nissan is offering 20 percent discount on part and labour charges, thus easing some burden on the damaged car owners. The automaker will be using Nissan Genuine Parts that will come with a six-month or 10,000 km mileage warranty.
In addition, the automaker is also offering a special upholstery restoration package for vehicles with flood-damaged interiors. For sedan the package costs RM 1,655 and RM 1,988 for MPV, SUV, pickups, and vans.
Furthermore, Nissan is also offering financial assistance to victims undergoing difficult situations via its Easy Payment Plan (EPP). This comes in handy along with the Prime Minister's recent announcement regarding repayment assistance on existing loans.
TCEAS is also offering free door-to-door towing services for vehicles that are badly affected by the flood. Also, usual maintenance via ‘Collect & Deliver’ service is now offered over the weekends.
