The Nissan Concept 2020 first made it's virtual debut in a racing game. Gran Turismo 6 and later appeared in the real-world at the 2014 Goodwood Festival of Speed. Well, now Nissan has finally showcased the car as 2020 concept at the ongoing Tokyo Motor Show. The concept was flaming the floors in its fiery red colour.
The Concept 2020 resemble more of a race car, the stature of the car represents an aerodynamically stable fast car. We cannot speculate that the Nissan Concept will be made to run busy streets, its generous use of carbon-fibre throughout resembles more of a race car than a road car. The car features a striking design along with interesting features.
The Nissan Concept 2020 is not just a general concept car, the car has been designed meticulously by Nissan’s European design studios, with the assistance of engineers from the Nissan Technical Centre in Atsugi, Japan. Sources suggest that Nissan Concept 2020 Vision will be previwed in the form of the next-generation Nissan GT-R (R36).
Nissan has used extensive detailing on the car, it features the signature V-motion grille as a part of Nissan's new design language. You can also see the reminiscence of Nissan GT-R in the Vision 2020 like the elements on the twin bonnet vents, large rear wing, and the iconic quad round taillights.
Well, you must have driven the virtual version of this car in games, but here is the real metal thing and the next-generation Nissan GT-R will be surely inspired from it.
