Nissan 3S showroom in Cyberjaya adopts new NRC-NEXT concept

KUALA LUMPUR: The official distributor of Nissan cars in Malaysia, Edaran Tan Chong Motor, has upgraded its latest 3S showroom in Cyberjaya, Selangor. Operational since January 2024, the showroom now features the brand’s latest global retail concept, called Nissan Retail Concept (NRC-NEXT).

Notably, this is the fourth Nissan outlet in Malaysia to adopt the said concept, following the stores in Petaling Jaya, Senai, and Puchong.

The Nissan Retail Concept (NRC-NEXT) is an innovative global retail concept developed by the automaker to transform the traditional automotive showroom experience. It upholds world-class service standards and reflects the brand's values throughout the entire customer journey at the dealership touchpoint, whether it is consultation, sales, or servicing. Nissan says that each touchpoint in an NRC- or NRC-NEXT-compliant retail outlet is reimagined and refined to offer excellent customer experience and enhance customer satisfaction.

The key highlights of the Nissan Cyberjaya 3S outlet are as follows - 

• With a total investment of RM 1.5 million, the outlet offers a comprehensive range of sales, service, and spare parts facilities under one roof. 
• It is located in Autoville Cyberjaya and serves customers of Cyberjaya, Sepang, and Putrajaya.
• The outlet spans a built-up area of 7,300 square feet, providing ample space to showcase up to five different Nissan models. 

• It incorporates a dedicated area for new vehicle deliveries, offering a special and personalised experience for customers buying their new Nissan ride.
• The outlet is equipped with two service bays capable of handling up to 200 service requests per month. 
• A comfortable lounge area is also available for customers to wait during vehicle servicing or consultations.
