New Volvo 3S centre opened in Mutiara Damansara

KUALA LUMPUR: A new Volvo 3S centre has opened its gate in the Mutiara Damansara area. The new 3S centre is a result of a collaboration between Volvo Car Malaysia and the brand’s dealer-partner Ingress Swede Automobile. With this new outlet, Volvo plans to strengthen its presence in the Damansara region.

This 3S centre features a showroom, which has been constructed in accordance with Volvo Retail Experience (VRE) - automaker’s retail standard that highlights its Scandinavian-inspired heritage and ideals. Also, present in the new 3S centre is a 6-bay service area that is staffed with well-trained personnel.

Volvo Car Malaysia managing director, Mr. Nalin Jain said, “In the premium segment, the product is not the sole factor in the consumer’s purchase decision. What’s equally important is the value, quality, and accessibility of services that they can enjoy throughout their journey with the brand. We are looking at incorporating technologies and processes that add value to our customers’ lives – like our cars, everything we do must add meaning to the experiences of our customers – that is how we would like to impress them.”

Mohd Azeman Mohamed Akram Ab Rahman from Ingress Swede Automobile said, “Owing to our extensive experience within the premium automotive sector, we are confident in delivering the brand experience that is expected by Volvo Cars’ customers.”
