New BMW 4S centre opens in Kuala Terengganu

KUALA LUMPUR: BMW has expanded its footprint in Malaysia with the opening of the first 4S centre (Sales, Service, Spare parts, and Systems) in the state of Terengganu. It is operated by the brand’s dealer partner Millennium Welt in association with Autohaus Prima.

The key highlights of the new BMW Millennium Welt Kuala Terengganu showroom are as follows: 

• The showroom is based on the brand’s new Retail.NEXT concept and features state-of-the-art facilities and services.
• Spanned across 15,000 sq ft, the facility houses a customer welcome area, sales & service lounges, and customer consultation stages with digital tools
• The new Millennium Welt KT showroom also features a stylish café and a premium lounge with a comfortable seating area where customers can relax while their vehicles are being serviced.

• The well-equipped service centre is manned by a team of 15 dedicated staff members, offering a seamless after-sales service experience to BMW customers in Terengganu and the surrounding areas.
• The parking area is equipped with AC/DC charging facilities, enabling customers to conveniently charge their EVs.

The timings of the new BMW Millennium Welt KT showroom are as follows: 

Mon-Wed, Sat-Sun	8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Thursday	8:30 AM to 1:30 PM

Note: The service centre is closed on Friday.
