Maserati Classiche supports the preservation of the brand's classic models
KUALA LUMPUR: Maserati has started a new division called Maserati Classiche that aims to protect and promote the preservation and originality of the brand’s automotive heritage by assisting customers and collectors. The Maserati Classiche certifies a vehicle’s authenticity and helps in maintaining a collector car’s value.

Beyond providing certification, the Maserati Classiche program also offers a maintenance service for in-house minor repairs, routine maintenance, and an on-demand Car Detailing service.
From next year, it will begin offering spare parts and restoration services also with a promise to re-manufacture parts, which are no longer available on the market. This process will “use the best technology to improve the reliability and functionality of the components, with no changes to their aesthetic appearance.”

A new clothing Capsule Collection is also available on the website, including t-shirts, polos, sweatshirts, jackets, and hoodies for men and women. The design of these apparels “pays attention to the smallest details, and to customisations that reflect the hallmarks and traditional colours of Maserati Classiche.”
Other automakers that have a dedicated department for preserving, restoring, and certifying historic vehicles are Ferrari, Lamborghini, and Bugatti.
