Malaysia gets new GAC and Aion 3S centre with modern amenities

KUALA LUMPUR: Just after rolling out the new locally-assembled variants of the GAC GS3 Emzoom, WTC Automotif (WTCA) has opened the doors of its new outlet in Malaysia. Located in Glenmarie, the new centre is a 3S facility serving customers of both GAC Motor and its sub-brand Aion.

The key highlights of the new GAC and Aion 3S centre are as follows -

• Operated by WariTan Automobile, the new centre is said to be the largest GAC facility in Malaysia to date.
• The GAC Motor showroom spans across 456 square metres and features three vehicles on display.

• The Aion showroom area, on the other hand, spans 644 square metres, accommodating six display vehicles along with a comfortable customer lounge area.
• The facility has a combined 10,878 square metres of service centre for both brands, which includes 10 work bays.
• The service centre is staffed by seven certified technicians to ensure high-quality service.

• For customers waiting for their vehicles to be serviced, the service centre includes a ‘premier lounge,’ charging points, a children's playroom, and a coffee corner offering refreshments.
• The facility also features a merchandise area for customers.

Upon inaugurating the new centre, Tan Keng Meng, CEO of Warisan TC Holdings (parent company of WTCA) said, “The opening of the GAC and Aion Glenmarie 3S centre, together with the existing 3S centres, serve as the cornerstone to our network. We welcome all customers to visit and experience GAC Motor’s hospitality and the range of vehicles. Customers are encouraged to test drive and experience the superiority of our products and services.”

The operating hours of the new GAC and Aion 3S centre are as follows - 

GAC and Aion showrooms	9:00 am to 7:00 pm - Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm - Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm - Sunday & public holidays
GAC and Aion service centre	8.30 am to 5:00 pm - Monday to Saturday

To celebrate the opening of the new showroom and Deepavali, the company will hold an exciting event from October 26 to 27, 2024, between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm. Along with the current range of GAC and Aion vehicles, the event will also preview the all-new Aion Hyptec HT BEV.

Visitors can also enjoy exclusive gifts, merchandise, activities for kids, and refreshments throughout the event.
