Lexus LX 570 Facelift, Soon to Make a Debut in Malaysia

Kuala Lumpur: Lexus Malaysia has finally confirmed that the Lexus LX 570 would be rolled out in the fourth quarter of this year. Recently this SUV was facelifted with some aesthetic updates, new transmission and new safety features. With an aggressive front fascia, it received a new grille further accented by satin chrome finish. Lexus LX 570 also received new LED headlights and taillights along with reworked bumpers. Further, it is anchored with 20-inch alloy wheel as standard with a 21-inch option available.

Under the hood, Lexus LX 570 facelift is powered by a 5.7-litre V8 engine that churns out a maximum power of 383 hp along with a peak torque of 546 Nm. The old six-speed gearbox has been replaced by a new eight-speed automatic transmission which has been equipped in other Lexus models too. The new drive mode select comes with four modes to choose from which includes Eco, Comfort, Sport and Sport+. Each selection would adjust the throttle and suspension which would work with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) to enhance ride comfort.

Talking about the interior, it has got a spacious cabin with an ample of features. Every inch of this car has been designed with practicality. Towards the centre console, it features a huge panoramic monitor. A 'Climate Concierge' automatic temperature function is also provided to deliver you a favourable climate. Two 11.5-inch screens has been integrated on the back of front seats for the entertainment purpose of rear passengers. Moreover, AC and audio controls have been embedded in armrest with USB port as well.

Lexus LX 570 facelift Safety System+ suite includes ten airbags, all-speed dynamic radar cruise control, blind spot monitor with rear cross traffic alert and a tyre pressure monitoring system. Apart from that Intuitive park assist and smart access card key is also provided. Overall, this mega-sized SUV would be a new product for the local Lexus arm.
