So, what makes the Huracan Sterrato different from the standard model, let’s know.
- The supercar is powered by a re-tuned version of the 5.2-litre, naturally aspirated V10 mill available on the standard Huracan, producing 610 hp of maximum power and 560 Nm of peak torque i.e. 30 hp and 40 Nm less; to handle the rough stuff
- The engine is mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission, an all-wheel drive system, and a rear mechanical self-locking differential
- This combination enables the all-terrain Lambo sports car to hit a century sprint in 3.4 seconds and a top speed of 260 kmph. Compared to the standard specs, the 0-100 kmph time is half a second slower whereas the max speed has been reduced by 60 kmph
- The brand’s first all-terrain sports car also features the Lamborghini Integrated Vehicle Dynamics System (LDVI) with Strada and Sports calibrations and a new Rally mode
- In terms of dimensions, the front and rear tracks of the car have gone up by 30 mm and 34 mm respectively while the ground clearance has increased by 44 mm allowing more suspension travel
- The body structure is made from aluminium and carbon fibre along with aluminium underbody side protection, reinforced sills, and a reinforced front bumper with a stone guard
- The supercar also boasts a sharp angular styling with raised stance, a restyled air dam, and flared wheel arches
- Part of the equipment kit are LED auxiliary lights, roof rails, 19-inch rims, Alcantara Verde Sterrato upholstery, upgraded digital driver’s display (with a digital inclinometer telling the pitch and roll of the vehicle), connected car tech, and Amazon Alexa connectivity
- With the Lamborghini Ad Personam customisation programme, buyers can choose from 350 exterior shades and 60 leather and Alcantara interior trimming options
Lamborghini will begin the Huracan Sterrato production in February 2023 with a limited run of 1,499 examples.
