It’s going to be all-black for Tesla
KUALA LUMPUR: We don’t know if you have noticed or not, but the refreshed Tesla Model X and Model S are completely blacked-out. Also, the revised Model 3 benefited from black treatment a few months back.
What’s happening Tesla? It might be some kind of cost- as well as environmental-saving technique that the EV automaker is employing. On thinking about the matter a bit, we remembered that the Tesla Model Y was launched without chrome elements. Thus commening the trend.
Now, all Tesla models are blacked out around, no chrome element whatsoever. So, the trim around the windows, door handles, and front line running under the logo is all blacked-out.
We placed together pre- and post- blacked-out era images of the Tesla models and must say they look stunning in both. The blackout treatment however brings out the lighting units of the cars.
In other news, Tesla has made a $1.5 billion investment in bitcoin, making it the biggest one by a mainstream corporation. Also, it was reported that Tesla has filled with the US Securities and Exchange Commission that going forward it will accept the digital currency in exchange of its cars. And as can be expected, it all led to bitcoin rate skyrocketing to an all-time high of $44,000.
