Isuzu Temerloh 3S outlet gets a new design and enhanced facilities

KUALA LUMPUR: Isuzu Malaysia has upgraded its Temerloh 3S outlet to offer better sales and service facilities to residents and business operators of the central belt of Peninsular Malaysia. Operated by Pacific Motor Sdn Bhd, the revamped Isuzu centre is strategically located along the main road leading into town.

Shunsuke Okazoe, Chief Executive Officer of Isuzu Malaysia, officially inaugurated the new facility. He stated that the upgraded Isuzu Temerloh 3S centre is a “modern and comprehensive outlet able to serve the needs of customers for many years to come.”

“Isuzu has made significant inroads into the Malaysian market, not only in terms of sales penetration, but also in building our reputation as a leading brand of high quality, dependable and innovative vehicles. The opening of new and improved facilities such as the Isuzu Temerloh 3S Centre will bolster our aim to provide our customers with an enhanced experience that meet and exceed their expectations,” he added.

The key highlights of the Isuzu Temerloh 3S Centre are as follows -

• The upgraded facility reflects Isuzu Malaysia's updated corporate identity and offers a range of sales and after-sales services catering to the needs of the growing Isuzu customers in the region
• The spacious outlet spans across an area of over 7,000 sq. metre, enough to accommodate Isuzu lorries and pick-up trucks seeking maintenance services
• It has an air-conditioned showroom, six service bays, a comfortable waiting area with refreshments for customers, and digital information panels offering an eco-friendly informative experience
• Experienced and knowledgeable consultants are also available at the centre to assist customers in search of the ideal Isuzu lorry for their business needs

Speaking about the location, Pahang is strategically important for the brand as Isuzu trucks grabbed a dominant 72% share of the market from January to July this year, making it the No.1 state for the automaker in terms of market share. Also, the D-Max pick-up truck made substantial progress in the region by securing a solid second place on the pickup truck sales rankings. The total sales of the third-gen D-Max for the first eight months of the year witnessed an impressive surge of 7.2%, claiming a substantial 24.4% share of the market.
