Isuzu Malaysia makeover plans, nationwide roadshow, ang pao offer, and more

KUALA LUMPUR: Isuzu Malaysia achieved record-breaking performance in 2023, selling 9,650 units of the popular D-Max pick-up truck. The success was driven by strong demand for the fuel-efficient 1.9-litre variants, known for their cost-effectiveness and robust design, features, performance, and safety. In line with this triumph, the Japanese automaker is set to further strengthen its presence in Malaysia by upgrading its centres across the country.

According to the reports, Isuzu will upgrade its 1S centres to 3S centres and 3S centres to 4S centres by including the body and paint facility. In total, it will transform 27 outlets throughout the nation in 2024. The revamped centres will exude the new corporate identity and focus on enhancing customers’ satisfaction by offering exceptional purchase and after sales experiences.

The brand also highlighted the fact that a substantial number of its customers are newcomers, thus, it underscores the significance of providing these customers with a favourable experience in both product usage and service.

In other news, Isuzu Malaysia is on a “Nationwide Roadshow” this month. Beyond a mere vehicle display, the roadshow offers enthusiasts an immersive experience to explore the advanced engineering, stylish design, and safety features of the various Isuzu D-Max models. The sales experts will also be present to address potential buyers’ queries during the show.

From the 2nd to the 4th of February, the roadshow was held at Design Village Outlet Mall (DVOM), Bandar Cassia, Simpang Ampat, Pulau Pinang. The Isuzu D-Max Dealers' Roadshow dates and venues are as follows -
