Infinti Q70 facelift might arrive in Malaysia next month

Kuala Lumpur: Infinti Q70 facelift which was already sported at the 2014 New York show with a long wheelbase would be coming to Malaysia most probably by the next month, as reported by a banner on Infiniti's official website. We won't get access to the new LWB body of Infiniti, but that is something that we can deal with because Q70 as it is, is a huge car to deal with.

Highlighted on the cover photo are the newly built tail lamps on the picture which are now available with double-curved up LED signature headlamps. The boot lid edge has been flattened and the bumper on the rear has been curbed down. There is a long chrome strip availale with bridges the tail lamps.

On the front, the eyes of the drive are pretty much the most visible change on Infiniti Q70, now with eye brow shaped DRLs that work brilliantly with bold and new 2 arch grille, which employs a 3D appearance alongside a meshed back.

According to claims made by the company, Infiniti Q70 is more quiet than it was before, credits to the additional noise insulation materials, incremented sealing and stiffed up wheels. As such, there are two engine choices available for the drive which involve a 3.7-litre V6 engine with 320 hp power and 360 Nm torque and a lighter, more economical 2.5-litre V6 218 hp engine with 253 Nm power. There are smooth 6-pot units which are paired to 7-speed torque convertor automatic gearbox (available in manual mode). It is a 4-wheel drive and goes in competition against rivals like Lexus GS, BMW 5 Series and Mercedes Benz E-Class.
