Hyundai Malaysia offers service benefits to Ioniq Hybrid owners
KUALA LUMPUR: Introduced in 2016, the Hyundai Ioniq Hybrid is not on sale in the Malaysian market now. However, the official distributor of Hyundai cars in the country, Hyundai-Sime Darby Motors is offering some service benefits exclusively for the car owners.
The special aftersales deals include:
- Up to 25 percent discount on selected spare parts (including gaskets, oil filters, air filters, spark plugs, and more)
- 10 percent rebate on labour charges
- A complimentary 20-point inspection at any Hyundai service centre
The Hyundai Ioniq customers can take advantage of these offers between October 1 to November 30, 2021.
While announcing these deals, the company’s managing director Low Yuan Lung said the customers of the vehicle are not forgotten. “We have a big customer base for the Ioniq. and we would like to continue to show our appreciation to our customers by offering them this special service privilege. At the same time, we will also be able to help check on the condition of their cars. Unlike other Hyundai models, the Ioniq only requires service every 15,000 km or once every nine months, whichever comes first.”
In addition, the car owners who own the Hyundai Loyalty Card can also enjoy exclusive monthly promotions like 20% off on Klima Fresh and BlueChem products, birthday month discounts, rebates on Hyundai merchandise, a higher trade-in value when buying another new Hyundai car, etc.
For those who are unaware, HSDM offers the Hyundai Loyalty Card to all its customers free of charge. To grab it, the interested customers just need to sign up for it at any authorised Hyundai service centres.
