Hyundai Malaysia launches two customer loyalty programmes
KUALA LUMPUR: Hyundai-Sime Darby Motors (HSDM), the official distributor of Hyundai vehicles in the country has announced two amazing after-sales loyalty programmes for its customers. They go by the names - i-Care Plus and Loyalty Card that offers freebies and discounts to the customers.
HSDM MD, Low Yuan Lung said, “The new customer loyalty programmes are testimony to the company’s promise in offering distinctive value to Hyundai car owners in Malaysia, in the spirit of its new ‘Geared for Distinction’ tagline. “We hope to bring more value and benefits to our customers through such specially designed programmes, as we focus on enhancing the customer experience with Hyundai.”
Let’s get to know each of them in details, starting with the i-Care Plus programme -
The Hyundai i-Care Plus Programme is available for all Hyundai vehicles that are at least four years of age. Interested individuals can sign up for this programme for only RM 20, at any authorised Hyundai service centre. It includes six discount vouchers that offer -
- 10% discount on sales parts
- 5% discount on labour charges
- Two free bottles of engine oils
- One oil filter
Note, Hyundai is offering the i-Care Plus Programme for a limited time period only, starting from April 1, and is valid for 35 months from the date of purchase. So, hurry up guys.
Coming to the Hyundai Loyalty Card, is an exclusive privilege that comes with the ownership of a Hyundai vehicle. The benefits include -
- Monthly promotions (like 20% discount on BlueChem & KLIMA products)
- Birthday month discounts (on after sales services, Hyundai merchandise)
- Higher trade-in value on purchase on another Hyundai vehicle
How to register for Hyundai Loyalty Card? Existing customers need to register for their complimentary Loyalty Card at an authorized company service centre.
