Ford Mustang and Ranger Raptor are on their way to Malaysia

KUALA LUMPUR: The Ford Ranger Raptor has been making waves since the day it first stepped on the podium. It has become a people’s favourite in no time. We, here in Malaysia though, have been waiting eagerly for the Ranger Raptor to touch down. And finally, Ford has heard us. The Kuala Lumpur International Auto Show, which is taking place after 5 long years, is the event where Ford will be launching the exciting pickup truck. And guess what? Along with the Ranger Raptor is coming the heart throbbing Mustang! Could there be a better treat by Ford for us? We guess not.

The KLIMS 2018 will run from 23 November to 2 December, and Ford is bringing the Ranger Raptor and Mustang via air for the 10-day extravaganza. The announcement was recently made by Sime Darby Auto Connexion (SDAC), who are the official distributors of Ford vehicles in Malaysia.

The new Ford Ranger Raptor is a pickup truck that not only has got the power that is needed to drive off-road, pull the load, and conquer different terrains but also, it has got some serious looks. No kidding, this pickup has got the looks! The aggressive and muscular appeal of the Ranger Raptor can allure even a non-pickup guy to go for it. The Mustang, on the other hand, needs no introduction. The legacy has been continuing from decades, and the newest iteration will only make the overwhelming experience a better one.

Adding to the excitement are the virtual and augmented reality booths which will be there at the KLIMS. Visitors will be able to take a unique test drive in the Virtual Reality Test Drive along with experiencing Ford’s safety tech. How the Ranger Raptors is capable of conquering all kind of terrains can be experienced in the Augmented Reality Experience.

A chance to win cash vouchers is on the plate for the customers who book the Ford Ranger Raptor and Ford Mustang during 2018 KLIMS. Electrical goods vouchers worth RM 1,000 will be awarded to the first 888 Ranger customers. The customers who register their Ranger vehicles before 31 January 2019, SDAC will provide them with 2 years or up to 40,000 km free maintenance, whichever transpires earlier.
