First-of-its-kind “Ford Malaysia: Built for Life” podcast releasing this month

KUALA LUMPUR: SDAC-Ford is committed to engaging car enthusiasts by providing immersive and exciting experiences that go beyond just vehicles such as unique Ford Ranger Getaways, Inner Circle committee, etc. New to this list is the “Ford Malaysia: Built for Life” podcast, which explores the diverse adventures, narratives, and lifestyles of Ranger owners and enthusiasts, along with insights from local experts and Ford authorities in Malaysia.

A true Malaysian production by Sime Darby Auto ConneXion (SDAC), it is a first-of-its-kind podcast in the automotive industry, which will be available on Spotify starting 28 January 2024.

The podcast will be presenting anecdotes, interviews, and experiences of Ford Ranger owners and the vibrant Ranger community in an engaging storytelling format, highlighting how this iconic pickup truck has become an integral companion for work, family, and play. Also, subject matter experts will be sharing exclusive insights, tips, and chronicles on this channel.

The debut season of the “Ford Malaysia: Built for Life” podcast will be hosted by JJ Fernandez. It will have six episodes, each spotlighting a unique story. The episodes will be released on Spotify every Sunday for six weeks, starting from January 28, 2024.

“The title of our new podcast, ‘Ford Malaysia: Built for Life’, is not just a catchy phrase. It is a profound expression that encapsulates the enduring bond between the Ranger and its community. It symbolises more than a vehicle; it embodies the Ranger way of life, one that embraces adventure, resilience, the spirit of exploration and an innate sense of community,” said Turse Zuhair, Managing Director, Sime Darby Auto ConneXion-Ford.

 

“It aims to foster a sense of belonging and comradeship among Ranger enthusiasts and other individuals on the same wavelength, offering a captivating journey into the heart of the Ranger experience – one that is built not just for the road but for life itself,” said Turse.
