KUALA LUMPUR: Ever heard of TOM? Well, if you are a car enthusiast or even better have stunning aftermarket creations then you must be aware of it. For others, we'll like to tell you that TOM is a Japan-based high-performance aftermarket manufacturer.

Why is it in the news? So, the thing is that TOM collaborated with a local magazine Safari and introduced the limited-edition GR Supra 'Safari Limited'. All of it is done in conjunction with the release of the Fast 9 movie.

Limited to only three units, the TOM GR Supra is hard to get and making the purchase even harder is the ballot system that will determine the owners. So, past from keeping aside 12.9 million Yen (approx. RM 486,950), prospective buyers will have to fill up a 'purchase application' and get some luck on their side.

What's in store for the buyer?

TOM Safari limited GR Supra is a stunning looking car, available in a single colour tone - Matte White. There is a reason behind picking this shade, it is said to be Paul Walker's favourite car colour and he even owned a white A80 Toyota Supra.

Additions can be seen on the car's front, side, and rear bumpers along with a massive rear wing. Not to forget the expensive and exquisite forged aluminium 20-inch BBS LM two-piece wheels, they are light and strong.

Wait, the TOM-Safari GR Supra is not all about looks, it has matter too. Via a bit of tuning through the TOM's Power Box, the car now pumps out a maximum power output of 426 hp (40 hp more than the regular model). Furthermore, it benefits from a set of KW Ver.3 coilover suspension that offers superb stability and handling.
