Check out the new Ford Ranger Raptor with upgraded features

KUALA LUMPUR: Today Sime Darby Auto Connexion, the sole distributor of Ford Malaysia, launched the all-new Ford Ranger Raptor. The pickup now features additional bits and safety pack.

The all-new Ranger Raptor till date remains the nation’s only premium performance pickup. It now houses additional intelligent advanced driver-assist features like -

• First-in-class Autonomous Emergency Braking with Vehicle and Pedestrian Detection
• First-in-class Forward Collision Warning
• First-in-class Lane Departure Warning and Assist

The new Ford Ranger Raptor upgrades also include LED projector headlamps for greater nighttime visibility and an additional USB port on the rear-view mirror.

Powering the new Ranger Raptor is a 2.0-litre Bi-Turbo diesel engine that delivers 213 PS of maximum power and 500 Nm of peak torque. The said engine is mated to a 10-speed automatic gearbox. Further aiding its performance is its 850 mm water wading capacity, Terrain Management System with six modes including Baja Mode, and FOX Racing Shox dampers.

This class-leading Ford pickup has a starting price tag of RM 208,888 (on-the-road, without insurance) and is available in four colour options - Arctic White, Ford Performance Blue, Absolute Black, and Conquer Grey.

 

Muzri mentioned that customers who have purchase enquiries about the New Ford Ranger Raptor in the ongoing Movement Control Period could do so digitally via the company’s newly launched Digital Salesperson, a WhatsApp Live Chat.
