Check out the new D-Max V-Cross, with several improvements & slightly high price

KUALA LUMPUR: 2022 Isuzu D-Max V-Cross has been introduced in the Thai market. In its new version, the pickup showcases several enhancements available at a slightly high price.

Isuzu Thailand is offering the D-Max in four variant options with prices starting from 867,000 baht (approx RM 107k) and going up 1,172,000 baht (approx. RM 146k).

What new?

At the front, the 2022 Isuzu D-Max gets the Double Dimension grille finished in black chrome. The side showcases new 18-inch Robust Radius matte black wheels. At the rear is the LED combination tail light. Further adding to its looks is the new Islay Grey Opaque paint with either black or grey elements (wheel arches, door handles, roof rails, and side steps).

On the inside, the pickup gets new two-tone black and brown leather seats with contrast stitching, the same treatment is seen on the steering wheel (with Brown Cafe and Satin Silver finishes). Also, present are the new Cool Max seats that reduce the heat built-up.

What powers the new D-Max V-Cross?

The 2022 D-Max V-Cross is powered by the tried and tested 3.0-litre 4-cyl turbo diesel engine generating maximum power of 190 PS at 3,600 rpm along with a peak torque of 450 Nm from 1,600 to 2,600 rpm. The power is sent to the wheels via either a 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic gearbox, latter with Sequential Shift manual mode.
