BMW Malaysia extends help to owners affected by flash floods

KUALA LUMPUR: The recent flash floods in the country have affected everyone from humans to commodities. One such majorly affected commodity is cars and so we have seen automakers coming forward and helping their customers. Now joining Perodua, Toyota, Volkswagen, and Mercedes-Benz flood relief cause for their respective customers is BMW.

BMW Malaysia is offering a 20 percent discount on parts repair to owners of affected vehicles. In addition, BMW authorised dealerships will also offer a RM 300 rebate on overall towing cost. Both the discount and rebate are valid till January 31st, 2022.

"Following the flood cases that have been reported in various states in the country, we remain committed to deliver peace of mind for our customers throughout their ownership experience, even during this challenging time. To this end, BMW Group Malaysia and our network of dealers stand ready to provide our customers with the needed support when it comes to their vehicles," said BMW Group Malaysia Managing Director, Hans de Visser.

Owners of the affected vehicles must contact the preferred authorised dealership or the BMW Roadside Assistance for more information.
