Auto Bavaria won the ‘Diamond’ award for the BMW Excellence Club

KUALA LUMPUR: At the recent BMW Dealer Awards Night event, the largest and longest-serving BMW dealership group of Malaysia, Auto Bavaria, received an honor for its exceptional customer experience. The group won a ‘Diamond’ award for its customer loyalty programme called BMW Excellence Club for the 10th consecutive year.

For those who are not aware, BMW Excellence Club is a platform where the company curates tailored experiences from the world of luxury, travel, lifestyle, and sports. Every experience is hand-picked to fulfill the customers’ desire for the extraordinary.

Auto Bavaria won a total of 32 awards in seven categories at this annual BMW Dealer Awards Night, which recognizes top-performing BMW dealerships in Malaysia. It undertakes the performance in several key areas, including sales, after-sales, service operation excellence, and business performance

The winners of the BMW Excellence Club Award 2020 in the Diamond Category are -

• Joe Lee Se Juan, Auto Bavaria Ara Damansara (1st Place)
• Muhd Azrul Azman, Auto Bavaria Sungai Besi (2nd Place)
• Choong Chin Seong, Auto Bavaria Kuala Lumpur (3rd Place)
