Auto Bavaria introduces first of its kind i-service for BMW vehicles
KUALA LUMPUR: Auto Bavaria is one of the largest authorised dealer representatives for the luxury automaker, BMW, in Malaysia. In a very unique service offer, it has launched an i-service exclusively for BMW vehicles.
The services are unusual in the way it intends to serve the BMW vehicle owners. It enables the BMW owners the service convenience at their doorstep, by just booking for the same through Auto Bavaria mobile app.
Auto Bavaria mobile application enables customers to book service appointments, check their vehicle service history, view the service progress, and make payments – all in one application. It also has a special ‘track & chat’ feature to track the location of the i-Service vehicle and chat with technicians to monitor the progress of their vehicle being serviced.
Customers can set location preferences, where they wish the service activity to be carried out. It could be at home or at their workplace. Customers can choose from the available options and direct the i-Service vehicle to a location closest to them within 40 kilometres radius from Auto Bavaria dealerships. Various activities like scheduled maintenance, including oil change, brake pad change, tyre change, tyre balancing and battery change can be selected from the options available. This saves a lot of time and energy of the customers and also saves them a trip to the service centre.
Every i-service vehicle is equipped with the latest tools and equipment, manned by experienced and qualified technicians using only BMW genuine parts to ensure that only best-in-class service is rendered to BMW customers.
