Audi Centre Setia Alam reopens under PHS Automotive Malaysia

KUALA LUMPUR: It was only recently that Audi Malaysia got its new official distributor in the country, PHS Automotive Malaysia (PHSAM).

Under the new leadership, the automaker is experiencing a lot of revisions and updates. For instance, many of the models have been updated with new features and prices, the list includes -

• 2022 Audi Q5 S Line
• 2022 Audi A5 Sportback
• 2022 Audi Q3 S Line
• 2022 Audi RS4 Avant
• 2022 Audi A7 Sportback S Line
• 2022 Audi Q8 S Line
• 2022 Audi RS6 Avant
• 2022 Audi RS7 Sportback
• 2022 Audi RS5 Sportback
• 2022 Audi RS6 Sportback

After all the revisions the above-mentioned models received, PHSAM has moved on to enhance the brand’s presence. In its latest move, the distributor announced the reopening of the Audi Center Setia Alam.

On the reopening of the centre, PHSAM Managing Director, Erik Winter said, “Customer satisfaction is at the forefront of everything we do, and this makes delivering an unforgettable ownership experience a priority for us.”

“For this, it is important to work together with our dealer partners to ensure constant improvements in retail and aftersales for Audi owners. I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Goh Brothers Motor on this expansion, and I wish them the very best.”
The Goh Brothers Motor’s Managing Director, Goh Kian Sin seemed delighted with Audi’s presence in the region and said, “With Audi Centre Setia Alam, we would like to reiterate our commitment to our business, and Audi owners can rest assured that we will continue to strengthen the customer experience for them.”

The outlet was shut down for upgrading and now it is back under the dealer-partner Goh Brothers Motors. As before, the centre will serve as a 4S centre with sales, service, spare parts, and body & paint jobs under one roof.

Key highlights of the Audi Centre Setia Alam -

• The centre sits on 60,000 sq meter area with four storeys
• It is based on the automaker’s terminal architecture concept
• A total of 12 cars can be placed on the showroom floor
• The double-storey service centre houses 17 bays
• A customer lounge with a WiFi connection
• A refreshed sales delivery area

On the occasion of the reopening of the centre, Audi Malaysia is inviting car owners who have not visited the service centre in the past six months to a health check worth RM 300 and a complimentary 20-point safety diagnostic. The said offer is valid till 31st August 2022.

• Location: 22A, Persiaran Setia Dagang, Setia Alam in Selangor
• Sales operation timing: Monday to Sunday, (8:30am – 5:30pm)
• After Sales Service timing: Monday to Saturday (8:30am – 5:30pm)

Note, the centre will remain closed on public holidays.
