All-new Nissan Ariya - All we know from the latest teaser

KUALA LUMPUR: It will be a busy week, or we would say a rather exciting one for all the auto buffs around the world. Why? That’s because this week has two new, fantastic offerings in hand - first is the all-new Bronco from the Blue Oval brand, and the next is the Ariya crossover EV. While the former is set to arriver later today, the one with Nissan badge will be revealed on July 15. Along with these significant unveiling this week, we also got the first glimpse of the new Wrangler/Gladiator.

Back to the car in question -Nissan has been teasing the Ariya crossover for quite some time now with the latest teaser uploaded on its YouTube channel. The new teaser brings us one step closer to the newest crossover EV.

Here are the few things revealed about the Ariya in the latest official teaser -

• The teaser gives us the first glimpse of the car’s production logo that resembles the one seen on the concept
• The vehicle in the teaser is covered in a golden hue, hinting towards its vibrant exterior colour palate
• The sleek headlights with LED DRLs also make an appearance, it sure mimics the concept, but in the teaser, it is seen with apparent production appropriate alterations

• LED strip running across the taillight is expected to appear on the production model
• Nissan e-4ORCE badge is seen for the first time in an Ariya teaser. The automaker has confirmed a twin-motor set up for the crossover with an all-wheel-drive system
