- The EV benefits a refined V-shape garnish adding a sleek and sophisticated touch to the overall design
- Both the front and rear bumpers of the vehicle have been restyled to emphasise the SUV's low and wide stance, enhancing its visual appeal
- The length of the Ioniq 5 has been increased by 20 mm, bringing it to a total length of 4,655 mm. However, the other external dimensions such as width (1,890 mm), height (1,605 mm), and wheelbase (3,000 mm) remain unchanged from the previous model
- For enhanced aerodynamic performance, the rear spoiler has been extended by 50 mm, which not only adds to the vehicle's aesthetic appeal but also contributes to its overall efficiency by reducing drag
- The 2024 update also introduced new aerodynamic wheels, designed specifically to optimise airflow around the vehicle

2024 Hyundai Ioniq 5 battery
The enhanced Ioniq 5 comes with a larger battery capacity of 84.0-kWh, replacing the previous 77.4 kWh, resulting in an increased all-electric driving range. While Hyundai has confirmed the improvement in range, specific figures have not yet been revealed. For reference, the previous 77.4 kWh unit boasted a WLTP-claimed driving range between 454 km and 507 km.
2024 Hyundai Ioniq 5 N Line
To cater to the growing demand for sporty styling, Hyundai has added a new trim to the Ioniq 5 lineup, called the N-Line. The new variant is positioned between the upgraded base model and the high-performance Ioniq 5 N. It features a more aggressive and sporty front and rear design, characterised by unique bumpers, stylish side skirts, and exclusive 20-inch aluminium wheels. Inside, the cabin boasts an N Line steering wheel and dashboard, metal pedals, black headliner, sport seats adorned with the N logo, red contrast stitching, and two seat covering options.
