Exquisite BMW bike that reminds me of dirt bikes

With the first glimpse of this BMW bike what I could figure out is this was not a dirt bike. Yet this possesses certain characteristics of those. Say, for instance, the moment I saw its single-piece long seat, it seemed like a dirt bike to me. Other than that this is offering a fixed front mudguard. Another very notable similarity is its rear wheel appeared to be floating in space. This bike reminds me of the 80s model which my dad used to ride then. Yet I found so many alterations done for its evolution. Say the drivetrain and engine quality are way better now.
