I have been thinking of buying a good touring bike for solo traveling when my friend suggested the BMW R 1250 GS Adventure. I took it out for the test drive and I was immensely impressed by it. And now after using it for almost 5 months, I must say it is one of the best bikes for long journeys. One of the most important aspects was comfort and the R 1250 GS Adventure is one of the most comfortable bikes I have ever been on. The comfortable wide seats are perfect for my 6 ft. frame and provide a very comfortable riding experience.
