The BMW C 650 GT is a stylish maxi scooter that is designed for quick urban runabouts with accessible performance. Launched back in 2012, the model underwent a mid-life refresh in 2015 that hit the Malaysian shores one year later. The scooter’s streamlined silhouette emphasizes its elegant character and its comprehensive fairing, high windshield, and comfortable seat allow the rider to travel long distances comfortably. Being a premium vehicle, it comes with a CAN bus system that networks the instrument panel, braking system, immobilizer, ECU, and tyre pressure control into one system. It is powered by a 647cc parallel-twin engine generating 60 hp at 7500 rpm and 63 Nm of peak torque at 6000 rpm. As for safety, the scooter sticks to the brand’s ‘Safety 360’ principle that comprises Bosch 9.1 MB ABS suite as well as Automatic Stability Control. The BMW C 650 GT price in Malaysia starts at RM 68,900.
