Toyota Vios GR-S

The interior of the Toyota Vios GR S is another great representation of the design of the exquisite. The car picks up on upgraded sports seats that embark on the GR logo. Further, users can notice more such GR logos around the carpet of the car and its push-start button. Interestingly, Toyota has also kept attention to detail by implementing changes to the instrument panel, presenting red gauges and similar needles design. 

The smartly designed interior of the car is wrapped up in suede leather sport seats that are further complemented with red accent stitching. The center of attention of the car is a 4.2-inch multi-information display.

The exterior styling of the Vios GR S is perhaps the major USP of the car. Toyota has added up every bit of their styling experience to come up with the upgraded variant of the recently facelifted 2021 Vios. The automaker has majorly focused on making the exterior of the Vios GR-S look more aggressive by picking up design elements that do justice to the Gazoo Racing name. On the front end on the vehicle, the bumper resembles similar design language to the GR Yaris.

Further, the car also picks up a large centre grille, covered in the famous honeycomb design that makes it look wider in terms of dimensions.  The car also comes with side intake vents with horizontal slats, adding to the sporty character of the automobile. Moving along the side view of the GR S, the car gets new side skirts that move in seamlessly with a newly designed rear bumper and an integrated diffuser.

The Toyota Vios GR S handles really well and is extremely sporty in all aspects. The car has exceptional handling and the performance feels smoother than before. Thankfully, Toyota has changed the suspension system to add to the comfort level of the users.

Powering the Toyota Vios GR S is a 1.5L four-cylinder engine that provides the car with a maximum power output of 107 hp of power besides giving out a peak torque of up to 140 Nm. Interestingly, the transmission option of the car has also been updated with a “10-Speed CVT” transmission. Another notable work by Toyota revolves around the gears as the automaker has programmed more 'simulated' gears to provide enhanced driving experience in manual mode. Sadly, buyers won’t be provided with a manual gearbox option for the Vios GR-S.

In terms of safety, the Toyota Vios GR S picks up on a wide variety of safety features. The car picks up on airbags that provide safety to the occupants on the front and the rear. Other notable safety features in the car include EBD, Anti-Lock Braking System, Front Impact Beams, Child Safety Locks, Brake Assist, Vehicle Stability Control System and Day & Night Rear View Mirror among all the other given equipment.

The Toyota Vios GR S is indeed a reliable offering in terms of its styling and appearance. The car is indeed an ideal selection for users who want to get the attention of the audience. However, the car is only about styling and enhanced comfort, the automaker has not really finetuned the engine on offer.
