The interior is very spacious and comfortable. It may not look large on the outside, but the front cabin is good enough to comfortably fit-in a tall adult with headroom, shoulder room and legroom to spare; even the back is very spacious. The materials used are of the finest quality, which complements the richness and comfort of the interior. The cabin is improved and is much quieter. The engine sounds wonderful at high revs but is not deafening. Apart from that, the wind noise and tyre noise is isolated from the cabin. Every switch and button around the steering wheel is at the driver’s fingertips

Externally, the car measures in at 4,922mm long, 1,980mm wide and 1,383 mm tall. At the front, it features new headlights and the styling cues look reminiscent to the 488 GTB. A new front grille, as well as new air vents on the wings look similar to the one on the 330 GTC. At the back, it features a new roof-mounted rear spoiler, a new triple-fence diffuser and a fresh four-lamp tail light cluster.

Powering the GTC4Lusso is a 6,262cc, 6.3-liter, V12 engine that churns out a maximum power of 618hp at 8,000rpm and a peak torque of 697Nm at 5,750 rpm. The power is transmitted to the wheels using an F1 seven-speed dual clutch automatic transmission setup. The engine complies with the CO2 emission standards set by the European Regulation (EC) 715/2007. The GTC4Lusso can reach a top speed of 335kmph and touches the 100kmph mark from still in 3.4 seconds. The 200kmph mark is breached in 10.5 seconds, starting from still. Ferrari claims that on an average it consumes 16.1 litres of fuel per 100kms driven.

Braking is done using 4-wheel discs at both the ends. Safety features include front and side impact airbags, there’s ABS, electronic stability control, side slip control (SSC4) and F1-Trac traction control.

As a Grand Tourer, the Ferrari GTC4Lusso is excellent. It has everything which you can expect from a formidable supercar. It’s sharp enough to be fun on the track and soft enough to become your daily commuting vehicle as well. Only thing, you need to be a millionaire to own one.
