Yamaha YZF-R25 updated for model year 2023

KUALA LUMPUR: Yamaha has updated the YZF-R25 for the model year 2023 with a super amazing and trendy livery called Dark Blueish Purple Metallic.

Prior to Yamaha YZF-R25, the same purple livery was seen on the YZF-R3. The only difference is while the latter was limited to the US, the former is a Japan-only offering.

The exciting new livery gives the Yamaha YZF-R25 a 90s motorcycle-like look and feel, don’t you think so too?

Also, Yamaha has retired the old Vivid Orange Metallic livery and so the available options for the customers are - Black Metallic and the new Deep Purple Blue Metallic.

Sadly, nothing else is new but what’s on offer makes the motorcycle only better. Which includes the same old and reliable underpinnings and bodywork.

Helping the motorcycle offer decent performance (for both city and twisty roads) is a 249 cc parallel-twin, liquid-cooled engine making a maximum power of 35.5 hp at 12,000 rpm along with a peak torque of 30 Nm at 10,000 rpm.
