Yamaha E-FV and ELOVE concepts to be displayed at Japan Mobility Show 2023
KUALA LUMPUR: Yamaha will showcase the E-FV mini race bike and ELOVE self-balancing scooter concepts at this year’s Japan Mobility Show along with other concepts, which include hydrogen-powered vehicles. The show will be held from October 25 to November 5, 2023, in Tokyo.

Yamaha ELOVE concept
The Yamaha ELOVE concept is a self-balancing scooter concept that incorporates the brand’s AMSAS (Advanced Motorcycle Stabilization Assist System) technology. The said system “frees users from the worry and fatigue that accompanies riding at very slow, walking speeds in particular and helps make motorcycling safer and more enjoyable.”
The base of the AMSAS system is the technologies acquired through the R&D that created MOTOBOT (an autonomous motorcycle-riding humanoid robot previewed in 2015) and MOTOROiD.
While no technical specifications of the Yamaha ELOVE scooter are yet available, the model appears to have large wheels, telescopic forks at the front, twin shock absorbers at the back, and disc brakes on both wheels.
