Royal Enfield 650 twins refreshed for 2023

KUALA LUMPUR: For the model year 2023, Royal Enfield has announced an update for its popular 650cc twin-cylinder range which includes - the Interceptor 650 and Continental GT 650. Both models will now benefit from a set of new and striking hues along with a few other additions.

It was only last year that Royal Enfield reaffirmed its commitment to the 650 cc twin-cylinder range with the introduction of the Super Meteor 650 at EICMA. And now the brand has announced an update for the Continental GT 650 and Interceptor 650. Thus, further reassuring its trust in the rage.

New colour tones -

Interceptor 650: It gets two new ‘blacked-out’ tones called Black Ray and Barcelona Blue along with the existing Canyon Red, Mark 2, and Sunset Strip tones.

Continental GT 650: This one too benefits from two new hues, Apex Grey and Slipstream Blue, in addition to the ongoing Rocker Red, Dux Dulux, British Racing Green, and Mr. Clean tones.

Other updates for the model year 2023 -

In addition to the new hues, both the Continental GT 650 and Interceptor 650 benefit from the following additions -

• New switchgear
• LED headlamps
• Enhanced seats for better comfort
• A USB charging point
• Cast alloy wheels & Tubeless tyres (now standard with blacked-out variants)
• “Blacked-out” engine and exhaust components (limited to blacked-out variants)

The Royal Enfield 650 cc range is already popular among motorcycle buyers, and these new additions only make the deal better and more attractive.
