LiveWire S2 Del Mar electric motorcycle’s pricing announced

KUALA LUMPUR: Harley-Davidson’s spinoff electric motorcycle brand, LiveWire has announced the pricing and availability details of its upcoming product, the S2 Del Mar.

The upcoming LiveWire S2 Del Mar will retail for USD 15,499 (RM68.7k) which is USD1,500 (RM6.6k) less than the previously revealed tag.

LiveWire S2 Del Mar electric motorcycle availability -

Deliveries of the upcoming LiveWire electric motorcycle are expected to commence in July with interested customers allowed to make reservations for just USD100 (RM443).

Note, reservations will open on April 27 with only 100 units at disposal for the European market.

LiveWire S2 Del Mar electric motorcycle other details -

• Range: The model promises a city range of 170 km
• 0-100 km acceleration: The bike can complete a century sprint in just 3.1 seconds
• Output: The electric motor makes 250 Nm of torque
• Charging: Battery charges from 20 to 80% in just 75 minutes via Level 2 Charger
• Paint & Graphics: Unique-hand painted graphics and Himalayan White hue

The company has yet to reveal its upcoming e-motorcycle complete specs and promises to publish the same in June along with details about demo opportunities and events. A series of viewing events will take place in Amsterdam, London, and Paris.
