All-new Honda XL750 Transalp introduced at EICMA 2022
KUALA LUMPUR: Finally, after months of spy shots and speculations, Honda has unveiled the all-new XL750 Transalp. Thus calling for the return of the middleweight adventure motorcycle nameplate for 2023.

The key inclusions on the new Honda XL750 Transalp include -a full-colour TFT display, wheelie control, four-level engine control, three-level Engine Brake, five-level Honda Selectable Torque Control, and two-level ABS.Powering the new Honda XL750 Transalp is an all-new parallel-twin engine generating a maximum power of 90 hp along with a peak torque of 75 Nm. The drive is sent to the wheels via a 6-speed gearbox which is paired to a slipper clutch with an FFC Leaning Segment disc.

The company claims a 30 percent reduced clutch drag torque, allowing for a smoother & lighter gear shift.
Other ride-enhancing features include a ride-by-wire system (adding to the bike’s off-road and touring ability), a 270-degree crank, and a new airbox (which offers top-end howl & low-end beat). Part of the kit is five riding modes - Standard, Sport, Rain, User, and Gravel, all selected via a left-hand switch cube.

Built on the all-new steel diamond design chassis with an integrated subframe, once launched the new Honda XL750 Transalp will compete with the likes of the KTM 890 Adventure and Yamaha Tenere 700.
