All-new 2021 Honda NC750X unveiled
KUALA LUMPUR: Honda has taken the cover off from the all-new 2021 NC750X. The 'Crossover Urban Transporter' is offered in two variants options - DCT (Dual Clutch Transmission) and manual.
Both the trims are powered by a 745 cc mill parallel-twin liquid-cooled mill that pumps out a maximum power of 58 PS at 6,750 rpm along with a peak torque of 70 Nm at 4,750 rpm. Yes, it is the same engine that fuels the Honda X-Adv in Malaysia. It is to be noted that compared to the previous model the engine displacement here has increased by 45 cc. Sending power to the wheels is a slipper clutch in manual and 6-speed gearbox in the DTC model.
The new NC750X delivers improved performance thanks to the lighter engine and frame. Speaking of which, the NC750X weighs 214 kg and 224 kg for manual and DCT variants, respectively.
The 2021 NC750X rides on 17-inch wheels and features a massive 23-litre storage compartment under the 800mm seat. Braking is taken care of by single hydraulic discs at both ends.
Honda has introduced the 2021 NC750X for the Japanese market at the moment where it will be offered in three colour options - Matte Ballistic Black, Grand Prix Red, and Pearl Glare White.
