All-new 2021 Harley-Davidson Pan America 1250 launched in Malaysia

KUALA LUMPUR: It was only recently that Aprilia introduced its all-new half-naked motorcycle, the Tuono 660, in the local market and now we here H-D Malaysia has played its card, in the form of the new Pan America 1250. Making June a blissful month for motorcycle lovers and prospective buyers.

Harley-Davidson’s official distributor in Malaysia, Didi Resources Sdn Bhd, earlier this year announced that a new adventure bike is on cards for the country and is set to arrive around April or May. However, the pandemic and the Movement Control Order it brought along seemed to have disturbed the brand’s plan. Nevertheless, we now have among us the 2021 Harley-Davidson Pan America 1250.

The first batch of the motorcycle has arrived in the country safely and is offered in two variants - the base Pan America 1250 with five-spoke wheels and the range-topping Pan America 1250 Special with local wheels.

Note the prices mentioned above do not include road tax and insurance and vary with the colour option picked.

Powering Harley-Davidson’s first-ever adventure bike is the brand’s latest powertrain - a 1,250-cc V-twin ‘Revolution Max’ engine churning a maximum power of 150 hp and a peak torque of 127 Nm.

Didi Resources Sdn Bhd has evenly distributed the first batch of the new Pan America 1250 among the nationwide H-D dealers.
