What will power the Yamaha YZF-R7?
Well, the exact specifications aren’t out yet, but it is expected to borrow MT-07’s powertrain, i.e., a 689-cc CP2 mill with cross-plane technology. This mill makes a maximum power of 72.8 bhp at 9,000 rpm along with a peak torque of 67 Nm at 6,500 rpm. The power is sent to the wheels via a six-speed gearbox.
