Things we like	Despite having a modern design language, the Mitsubishi Outlander still has the quintessential old school silhouette, thus making it look butch and muscular. The high raised bonnet, sleek shoulder line, high ground clearance and side body cladding all give the Mitsubishi Outlander a good stance. For a premium midsize SUV, the Mitsubishi Outlander is loaded with a number of comfort and convenience features which do give it a premium appeal in and out. With features like leather upholstery, sunroof, 8-way power-adjustable driver seat, dual-zone automatic climate control, and electric parking brake, the Outlander feels plush for an SUV of its price. With a good length, width and wheelbase, the Mitsubishi Outlander feels incredibly spacious on the inside. There is ample amount of space with great knee room, shoulder room and legroom in all the three rows of seats, which makes the Mitsubishi Outlander one of the most spacious and comfortable SUVs in its category. Things we don't like	The Mitsubishi Outlander is equipped up to the brim with comfort and convenience features. However, the overall layout and design of the dashboard feel somewhat dated and too simple for a premium SUV of this size. The Mitsubishi Outlander is powered by a powerful 2.4-litre petrol engine, which has great power delivery. However, the problem is with the relatively low fuel efficiency which makes the running costs quite high of the premium SUV. The CVT gearbox is convenient to use in city traffic conditions. However, in longer driving cycles, the gearbox feels lethargic and has a rubber band effect which might irritate all those people who love driving. The suspension feels bouncy at times, while there is a slight amount of body roll at higher speeds.
