Zeekr 009 MPV and Zeekr X SUV launched in Malaysia - From RM156k

KUALA LUMPUR:  Sentinel Automotive Sdn Bhd has officially introduced the Zeekr 009 luxury MPV and the Zeekr X compact urban SUV to the Malaysian market.

The launch marks Zeekr’s official entry into Malaysia, with the first deliveries of these all-electric vehicles scheduled for mid-December.

The Zeekr 009, a premium MPV, starts at RM349,800 for the 7-seater configuration, with the 6-seater priced slightly higher at RM359,800.

Meanwhile, the Zeekr X compact SUV is available in two variants: the Premium model at RM155,800 and the Flagship AWD model priced at RM172,800.

Both models are supported by a comprehensive warranty package, including a 5-year/150,000km vehicle warranty and an 8-year/160,000km battery warranty.

Additionally, owners will receive two years of complimentary connected services, which provide 6GB of internet data for access to the Zeekr app, onboard navigation, and over-the-air (OTA) software updates.

Early adopters—500 Zeekr X and Zeekr 009 buyers—will enjoy an exclusive launch package, featuring a home charger, portable charger, and additional accessories such as solar film and a sunshade cover for the Zeekr X.

Zeekr 009

Positioned as a high-performance luxury MPV, the Zeekr 009 pairs bold design with advanced technology and powerful performance. Equipped with a dual-motor setup producing 450 kW and 693 Nm of torque, the MPV sprints from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.5 seconds.

 A 116 kWh battery provides up to 582 km of WLTP range, while fast charging capabilities allow the vehicle to charge from 10% to 80% in just 30 minutes.

Zeekr X

The Zeekr X delivers a blend of luxury and performance in a compact crossover form. The Flagship AWD variant offers 315 kW of power and 543 Nm of torque, achieving 0 to 100 km/h in an impressive 3.8 seconds.

The Premium model delivers 200 kW, accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.6 seconds. Both variants feature a 66 kWh battery with a WLTP range of up to 440 km and 150 kW DC fast-charging capability for rapid top-ups.

Expanding Presence in Malaysia

The first Zeekr showrooms are set to open in Petaling Jaya and Sunway City, with the Petaling Jaya outlet now operational as a 12,187 sq ft facility.

This flagship showroom will act as a central hub for expanding Zeekr’s customer network.

Looking ahead to 2025, four more showrooms are planned for Selangor, Penang, and Johor in the first half of the year, with additional locations slated for Kuala Lumpur, Pahang, Melaka, and Sarawak later on.
