VPCM announces 2022 Dealer Of The Year awards

KUALA LUMPUR: Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) has announced the 2022 Dealer of the Year awards that recognise and celebrate the achievements of its top-performing dealers in Malaysia.

Organised in Johar, the award ceremony was attended by representatives from all 17 dealerships, which form the Volkswagen network nationwide.

A total of four awards were presented in the Dealer of The Year category, which includes - 

• Lee Motors Autohaus (Volkswagen Alor Setar) - 2022 dealer of the year
• MHV Autohaus (Volkswagen Gombak) – 1st Runner-up
• Goh Brothers Motor (Volkswagen Juru) – 2nd Runner-up
• PHS Autohaus (Volkswagen Puchong) – Das WeltAuto category

This is the second consecutive win of Lee Motors Autohaus as it took home this prestigious award last year also, which reaffirms its commitment to providing a top-quality Volkswagen experience in the long run.

The judging and scoring criteria for the dealership category awards involved the dealer's achievements and efforts in sales, aftersales, customer satisfaction, marketing, and human resource qualification.

Along with that, VPCM also honoured the efforts of talented individuals in the network who were judged based on their performance in qualitative and quantitative KPI achievements across various levels of positions. The list of winners includes - 

• Chong Sze Yan (WN Motorworld) - Best Sales Manager
• Azharul Sham Hamsah (MHV Autohaus) - Best Sales Consultant
• Loh Sing Hoong (MHV Autohaus) - Best Aftersales Manager
• Muhammad Izzat Che Adnan (Lee Motors Autohaus) - Best Parts Manager
• Soo Boon Hou (Goh Brothers Motor) - Best Service Advisor
• Khairul Humaidi Shamsudin (N3 Auto) - Best Technician

In this case, the evaluation criteria encompassed sales and aftersales targets, customer satisfaction, adherence to procedures, and completion of required training and qualifications.
