The front-wheel-drive Tiguan is powered by a 1.4-litre TSI engine producing 150 PS of maximum power and 250 Nm of torque from 1,500 to 3,500 rpm. The single turbo engine is coupled with a six-speed DSG dual-clutch automatic transmission. The SUV can take you from zero to 100 kmph in 9.2 seconds.

The Tiguan has an excellent fuel consumption of 14.9 kmpl. With its generous fuel tank, it can achieve a fantastic approximate 800 km range between refueling.

• ISOFIX: It secures the child's car seat properly and reduces the risk of injury in an accident.
• Manoeuvre braking: It senses the objects up to 10 kmph and helps in automatic braking to minimizes the minor scuffs during parking.
