Volkswagen Golf Facelift With New Petrol and Diesel Engines
Kuala Lumpur. Volkswagen has announced some upgradations in the all-new Volkswagen Golf with its diesel and petrol engines. The improvements have left the company spellbound as previously the diesel emissions scandal led the company to a drawback that created a loss of customers in the market. Volkswagen Golf Facelift is all set to present its diesel and petrol cars equipped with 1.5 litre 4-cylinder engine, marking a special trait.
The company has planned to offer a cylinder capacity of 500 cc to the Volkswagen Golf engines that are supposed to yield one of the best capability and potential on the road. However, this revision of engines will not be done in all the Volkswagen Golf cars on the onset, it will be debuted with Volkswagen Golf 7. The best time to launch these engines will be when the CO2 regulations will be enacted as these engines will be overpriced than the cost of the present engines.
Another reason why this revision is done in the engines is that less pressure shall be placed on the engine in order to maintain the balance between the mileage and power generated by the cars. This will surely lead to save the amount of fuel used by the Golf Facelift. It was revealed by the company that in the new year, the facelifts of Volkswagen Polo, Passat and Golf will be presented with an addition of new machinery upgrades.
A lot more innovations are required to be done in the Golf models so that the astonishing comeback is acceptable by the customers. With this attempt, the German Carmaker has been making efforts to uplift the recently ruined image of Volkswagen.
