Kuala Lumpur: In synchronicity with the Kuala Lumpur Fashion Week, Volkswagen took the advantage to launch its limited edition of Volkswagen Beetle Club Edition. Although, there are no mechanical alterations in the VW magnificent car, it is just performed with a more distinctive cosmetic injections.

However, the Volkswagen Beetle Club Edition does not adopt the concept of Jetta Club Edition. VW Beetle Club Edition is more comprehensive in comparison to the Jetta, which abstain exterior amelioration altogether. Even, the Beetle Club Edition gets painted in a more attractive color Habanero Orange Metallic.

The Volkswagen Beetle Club Edition is power-trained, with the turbocharged 1.2-litre TSI four-cylinder engine that churns out upright power output of 105 PS and 175 Nm of torque. Further, coupled with a seven-speed DSG dual-clutch transmission, VW Beetle Club Edition offers astounding power to the wheels on gear shifting.

Pricing of the Volkswagen Beetle Club Edition is kept a secret bythe company for its limited 50 units. Although, its last limited-run Beetle, the Bug Edition with 200 units was priced at RM146,888. Correlating to which, the Volkswagen Beetle Club Edition's pricing is said to be around RM150k, making a leap in the dark.
