UMW Toyota extends help to flood-affected customers

KUALA LUMPUR: To help out its customers impacted by the recent floods, UMW Toyota announced a special Toyota Flood Assist Program. Under this program, the customers whose Toyota cars have been damaged in flood can get a 25 percent discount on the total bill (inclusive of parts and labour charges) along with a free towing service and evaluation and quotation on expected repair costs.

In addition, the company also offers a 0% interest “Easy Payment Plan” for eligible customers in this critical period.

“While nothing can fully compensate the loss and distress suffered by those affected by the flood,  we hope that our Toyota Flood Assist Program will provide some sort of relief to our fellow  Malaysians. Our customers are very valuable to us and through this program, we want to ease some of their burdens, even if it’s just by a little, to help those impacted get back on their feet quickly. We sincerely hope for the quickest possible recovery of these communities and the team at Toyota extends our heartfelt prayers for the safety of all Malaysians,” said President of UMW  Toyota Motor, Ravindran. All Toyota Service Centres and Body & Paint centres will remain open during this critical time to ensure all its customers affected by flood get assistance and service. Toyota’s 24SEVEN Road Assist, which runs 24-hours a day,  7 days a week, is also available to all Toyota car owners.
