This is how much the Mazda CX-30 CKD unit would cost in Malaysia

KUALA LUMPUR: Mazda Malaysia has announced the estimated price list of the locally-assembled CX-30. Yes, you read it just right, estimated prices, to give prospective buyers a rough idea as to what to expect on the affordability front.

The all-new Mazda CX-30 would indicatively cost between RM 127k to RM 155k which is spread between four variants. The below-mentioned table gives a fair idea of both, price and variants.

CX-30 2.0G Core	RM 127,000
CX-30 2.0G High -	RM 135,000
CX-30 2.0G High	RM 145,000
CX-30 2.0G High Plus	RM 155,000

Compared to the currently available CBU CX-30 model, the CKD version’s price has gone down significantly, i.e., from RM 145k - RM 181k to RM 127k - RM 155k. However, a direct comparison between the two versions cannot be made as the specs levels are different.

What do we know about the CKD Mazda CX-30?

• Only the range-topping high Plus model will come with a sunroof
• Two confirmed exterior colour options include - Deep Crystal Park and Jet Black metallic
• For RM 3k extra following premium tones are offered - Machine Gray, Soul Red Crystal, and Snowflake White Pearl
• Like the CKD CX-5 and CX-8 models, the CKD CX-30 will be manufactured at the Inokom plant located in Kulim, Kedah
