Save up to 20% on selected Genuine Ford Parts this festive season

KUALA LUMPUR: As festivities are around the corner, Sime Darby Auto ConneXion (SDAC), the sole distributor of Ford vehicles in Malaysia, has rolled out its year-end and Chinese New Year service campaign. Started from December 1, the promo offers up to 20% savings on the selected wear and tear parts. It will last till January 21, 2022. 

“Domestic travel has been on the rise post-pandemic. With the upcoming Christmas, New Year, and Chinese New Year holidays falling on long weekends, more people will be travelling and connecting with loved ones. We hope this latest promotion will help our Ford customers stay safe on the roads while enjoying more savings,” Turse Zuhair, Managing Director, Sime Darby Auto ConneXion-Ford.

The key highlights of the SDAC Ford year-end after-sales service promo are -

• During the campaign period, customers can enjoy a 20% rebate on absorbers, brake pads, battery, wiper blades, brake fluid, coolant, and upper and lower radiator hoses. The offer does not apply to the new Ranger, Raptor, and the next-gen Everest

• SDAC assures that only Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts will be used for the servicing at all Ford Authorised Service Centres nationwide. 
• The Genuine Ford parts come with the highest standards of quality, fit, and finish and a warranty of 12 months/20,000km
• All the centres are staffed and equipped with only Ford-certified technicians and diagnostic tools

If not sure about the service requirement, one can book a complimentary 27-point vehicle inspection that will be conducted by Ford-certified technicians to know whether the vehicle is in tip-top condition or not. 

The company also offers enhanced after-sales service protection to customers in the form of a Ford Extended Warranty Plan (EWP). This is in addition to the standard 5-year manufacturer’s warranty and offers PremiumCare coverage for up to 7 years against unexpected repair costs. Please note the EWP needs to be purchased before the completion of three years or 100,000km.

Moreover, with the Ford Extended Service Package (ESP) on offer, customers can make upfront payments for scheduled services for up to five years
